Key takeaways
- Clear access to the work and a place to park the rig.
- Move anything flammable away from the area.
- Take photos and measurements before the visit.
- Have the decision-maker available.
Before we arrive
Take clear photos of the broken part from a few angles, with something for scale, and note what it is made of if you know. Tell us how it failed, what it carries and how urgent it is. This lets us bring the right filler, gas and materials the first time.
If you have drawings, part numbers or the broken pieces, keep them together for the visit.
Safety and access
Welding throws sparks and heat. Move vehicles, fuel cans, solvents, paper, mulch, dry grass and anything else that can burn well away from the work area, and tell us about nearby fuel lines, tanks or buildings.
Make sure we can park close and reach the work. If a gate, tree or fence is in the way, let us know.
During the visit
Have someone available who can approve the plan and any changes. We will explain what we find, the options and the price before welding. Stay out of the work area while we weld, and keep children and pets away from the arc and the sparks.
Afterwards we clean up, show you the repair and explain how to care for it.

Quick answers
Do I need to provide power?
No. Our rig is self-contained with its own generator, so we do not rely on your outlets.
Can I watch the welding?
You can watch from a safe distance, but never look at the arc without proper eye protection. Arc light can damage eyes.
