Gates fail slowly and then suddenly. Hinges wear, welds crack at the corners, bottoms rust out, a post leans, and one day the gate drags or will not latch. We come to the gate, diagnose what is really wrong, and repair or rebuild it with proper bracing so it stays straight.
Many sagging gates just need a diagonal brace, new hinge hardware and a re-welded corner. When the frame is rusted through, we cut out the damaged sections, weld in new steel and match the style so the repair looks intentional.
