From sketch to solid steel.
One-off and short-run fabrication from your sketch, drawing or broken original: brackets, frames, stands, guards, supports and structures cut, formed and welded to fit.
- Materials: Steel, stainless, aluminum
- Input: Sketch, drawing, photo or sample
- Finish: Paint, powder-coat, galvanize

What it is, and why it matters.
Plenty of useful things do not exist off the shelf: a frame for an odd machine, a guard for a pinch point, a stand with exact dimensions, a replacement for a part that has been discontinued. We turn sketches, photos and worn-out originals into real parts in mild steel, stainless or aluminum.
We talk through how the part will be used before we cut anything, because loads, weather and mounting decide thickness and design. Then we cut, form and weld the piece, check it against your dimensions and finish it with paint, powder-coat or galvanizing as needed.

Custom Metal Fabrication: common questions
Do I need drawings?
No. A sketch with dimensions, a photo of the location or the old part is usually enough. We confirm everything with you before we build.
Can you make parts to match an old one?
Yes. We can measure a worn or broken original and fabricate a replacement, and we can improve weak spots when it makes sense.
How do I get a price for custom metal fabrication?
Fill in the form or call or text 615-209-7643, ideally with a photo. We confirm what is involved and send a written price, and larger jobs get a free site visit.
Ready to talk about custom metal fabrication?
A photo or a free visit, and a written price. A real person calls back, usually the same day.
