Work trucks, welded back to work.
On-site repair and reinforcement of dump bodies, flatbeds, service bodies, frames, bumpers, headache racks and truck beds for fleets and owner-operators.
- Common repairs: Floors, corners, headers, mounts
- Reinforcement: Gussets and doublers
- Process: MIG, flux-core and stick

What it is, and why it matters.
Dump bodies crack at the corners and floors, flatbeds lose stake pockets and headers, and service bodies split at hinges and mounts. Fleets and owner-operators cannot afford a week in a shop, so we come to the yard, the jobsite or the driveway and make the repair there.
We reinforce as we repair. Cracks are cleaned back, repaired with the right joint and often backed with gussets or doublers where the metal fatigued, so the same spot is less likely to fail again under the same load.

Yes. We can repair several trucks in one visit, work around your schedule and keep a simple written record of what was done on each unit.
Can you repair a dump body floor?
Yes. We cut out cracked or worn floor sections and weld in new plate, then add supports where needed. Thickness and steel grade are matched to the original or upgraded when it makes sense.
