How much does mobile welding cost in Nashville?

Commonly published rates for mobile welders run roughly $75 to $150 per hour, plus a service call for travel and setup, with materials extra. Special metals like stainless and aluminum, and after-hours calls, cost more. Our Welding Cost Estimator gives a first range, and a photo gets you a written price.

Do you really work 24 hours a day?

Our logo promises 24-hour service and we take calls day and night. Availability depends on the night and the job, so call or text 615-209-7643 and we will tell you straight away what we can do and when. After-hours calls may carry a premium that we quote before we head out.

What can a mobile welder repair on site?

Most gates, railings, fences, trailers, truck beds, farm equipment, heavy equipment buckets and arms, structural connections and many machinery repairs. If a job is better done in a shop, such as precise fabrication or large painted assemblies, we say so and fabricate it there.

Can you weld aluminum and stainless steel?

Yes. Both need different prep, filler and technique from steel. We bring TIG and spool-gun MIG for aluminum and the right filler and shielding for stainless, and we identify the alloy before welding so we do not promise a repair that will not hold.

Do I need to be there while you weld?

Someone who can approve the plan and the price should be reachable, and we ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area. You are welcome to watch from a safe distance, but never look at the arc without proper eye protection.

Is it better to repair or replace a broken part?

If the metal is sound and we understand why it failed, repair is usually cheaper and often faster. We tell you honestly when a part is too rusted, fatigued or safety-critical to repair, and when replacement or an engineer's review is the better answer.

Can you make a custom gate, railing or part from a sketch?

Yes. A sketch with dimensions, a photo of the location or the old part is usually enough. We confirm material, thickness and finish with you, fabricate it and install it or deliver it.

Do you weld structural steel and do code work?

We weld structural connections and field welds from drawings or an engineer's details. Some jobs need certified welders, written procedures and inspection by code. Tell us at the start, ask for current documents that match your requirement and we will say plainly what we can document.

How do you stay safe around fire hazards?

We clear or cover combustibles, keep extinguishers and water ready, control sparks with blankets and screens and stay on watch after welding stops. On commercial sites we follow your hot-work permit and lockout rules. We do not weld on tanks or drums until they are cleaned and made safe.

Can you work outdoors in wind or rain?

Wind is a bigger problem than most people expect because it blows away shielding gas, so outdoors we often use stick or self-shielded flux-core. We work under cover when we can and reschedule for heavy rain or lightning.

Do you offer maintenance or standby programs?

Yes. Fleets, farms, plants and property managers can set up scheduled inspection and repair visits and priority call-out arrangements, with simple reports and agreed pricing.

What cities do you serve?

We serve 28 Middle Tennessee cities, from Nashville, Franklin and Murfreesboro to Hendersonville, Gallatin, Lebanon, Dickson and Columbia. If your town is not listed, call 615-209-7643 and we will confirm.

How do I get a quote?
