Six passes, start to finish.
A welding job goes from the first call to the last wire-brush in six steps. Here is exactly what happens, in order, and what you need to do before and after.

Follow the bead.
Pass 1 of 6
- 01
Call or text
Tell us what broke, where it is and how urgent it is. A photo is the fastest way to get the right gear on the truck.

Photo first - 02
Assess on site
We look at the metal, find where the crack really ends, check for hidden damage and agree the plan and the price before we light the arc.

Plan and price agreed - 03
Prep and fit-up
Cracks are ground out, rust and paint are cleaned to bright metal, parts are clamped square and the work area is cleared for sparks.

Bright metal, square fit - 04
Weld
The right process, filler and heat for your metal. Passes are built with full fusion and watched for quality as they go.

Full fusion - 05
Finish and protect
Slag and spatter come off, welds are ground where needed and primer and paint go on so rust does not come back.

Cleaned and sealed - 06
Check and hand-off
We check alignment and operation with you, explain what was done, watch for smoldering and leave the site clean.

Process questions
Do you really work 24 hours a day?
Our logo promises 24-hour service and we take calls day and night. Availability depends on the night and the job, so call or text 615-209-7643 and we will tell you straight away what we can do and when. After-hours calls may carry a premium that we quote before we head out.
Do I need to be there while you weld?
Someone who can approve the plan and the price should be reachable, and we ask that you keep children and pets away from the work area. You are welcome to watch from a safe distance, but never look at the arc without proper eye protection.
How do you stay safe around fire hazards?
We clear or cover combustibles, keep extinguishers and water ready, control sparks with blankets and screens and stay on watch after welding stops. On commercial sites we follow your hot-work permit and lockout rules. We do not weld on tanks or drums until they are cleaned and made safe.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the form on any page, or call or text 615-209-7643 with a photo. For many repairs we can give a range right away and a written price after a quick review. Larger jobs get a free site visit.
Start with the easy part.
