Keep the iron earning.
On-site welding repair of buckets, booms, arms, frames, teeth and attachments for excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers and other heavy equipment.
- Common repairs: Buckets, arms, booms, frames
- Steel: Medium to heavy plate, high strength
- Process: Stick, flux-core and MIG

What it is, and why it matters.
Heavy equipment lives hard: cracked bucket lips, worn cutting edges, split booms, bent and broken linkages. Because every idle day costs money, we repair on your site wherever the machine can be reached, with the preheat, rod or wire and procedure that thick, high-strength steel demands.
We find the crack's true ends, gouge or grind it out, preheat where the steel calls for it and build the repair in controlled passes. For wear zones we can add hardfacing or wear plate so the next failure comes later, not sooner.
Four things done right.
Preheat and procedure
Thick, tough steel welded the way it needs.
Crack ends found
Repairs start where the crack really stops.
Wear protection

Heavy Equipment Repair: common questions
Can you repair a cracked bucket without removing it?
Often yes, if we can reach both sides of the crack safely. Some repairs are easier with the part lowered or supported, and we plan the safest position with your operator before we start.
Do you do hardfacing?
Yes. We apply wear-resistant hardfacing and weld on wear plates to buckets, cutting edges and other high-wear zones so they last longer between repairs.
How do I get a price for heavy equipment repair?
Fill in the form or call or text 615-209-7643, ideally with a photo. We confirm what is involved and send a written price, and larger jobs get a free site visit.
