The overview

What it is, and why it matters.

Pipe welds have to be sealed and strong, and pipe position makes them harder than flat plate. We weld pipe in the positions the work demands, fit up joints carefully with proper gaps and bevels and build the weld in passes for full fusion.

We repair leaks, add branches and fittings, fabricate supports and rails from pipe and weld flanges and connections. Pressure piping and gas lines may require certified welders and inspection under local code, and we tell you when a job needs that.

Can you repair a leaking pipe weld?

Often yes after the line is drained and made safe. We cut out the bad section, re-weld it properly and check it.
