Find the cracks before they find you.
Visual inspection of welds, frames, gates, trailers, railings and structures with a clear written list of problems, priorities and repair recommendations.
- Method: Visual and hands-on inspection
- Report: Photos and priority list
- Scope: Not an engineering certification

What it is, and why it matters.
Welds and metal structures usually give warnings before they fail: hairline cracks, rust bleeding from joints, sagging, rattling, misalignment. An inspection finds them early and ranks them by safety and cost, so you can fix the urgent items first and plan the rest.
Our assessments are visual and practical. They are not engineering certifications or load ratings, and where a structural question needs an engineer we say so. You get photos, a prioritized list and, if you want, a quote to fix what we found.

Welding Inspections & Assessments: common questions
Is this a certified inspection?
No. Our assessments are practical visual inspections by experienced welders. Certified weld inspection and engineering are separate services, and we refer you if you need them.
Should I inspect before buying a used trailer?
It is a smart idea. Cracked frames and hidden rust are common on used trailers and equipment, and an inspection can save you from an expensive surprise.
How do I get a price for welding inspections & assessments?
Fill in the form or call or text 615-209-7643, ideally with a photo. We confirm what is involved and send a written price, and larger jobs get a free site visit.
Ready to talk about welding inspections & assessments?
A photo or a free visit, and a written price. A real person calls back, usually the same day.
