Leaks are fixable. Safety comes first.
Careful weld repair of storage tanks, hoppers, water tanks, trailers' tanks and non-pressure vessels, with strong attention to cleaning, venting and hot-work safety.
- Safety: Cleaned, vented and permitted
- Repairs: Cracks, seams, patch plates
- Testing: Leak checks after repair

What it is, and why it matters.
Welding on or near tanks is dangerous if done carelessly, because residual fuel, fumes and sealed volumes can ignite or explode. We do not weld on a tank until we know what it held, that it is cleaned and vented properly and that hot-work safety steps are in place.
For tanks that are safe to work on, we repair cracks, seams and corrosion with the right filler and patch plates, then check for leaks. Pressure vessels and code tanks may need certified repair procedures, and we tell you when a job requires them.

Tank & Vessel Repair: common questions
Can you weld a fuel tank?
Only when it can be made safe. Fuel tanks hold explosive vapors, and welding without proper cleaning and purging is very dangerous. We assess first and tell you plainly what is possible.
Do you repair pressure vessels?
Pressure vessels may need certified procedures and inspection. Tell us what the vessel is and its rating, and we advise whether it is within our scope.
