Add a floor without the addition.
Welded steel mezzanines, catwalks, equipment platforms and storage decks that add usable space to shops, warehouses and production areas.
- Components: Columns, beams, decking, rails
- Design: Engineered or per drawings
- Decking: Grating, plate or plywood

What it is, and why it matters.
When floor space runs out, the answer is often up. A steel mezzanine or catwalk adds storage, office or access space over existing work, with columns, beams, decking and railings fabricated and welded to suit your layout.
Because mezzanines are structural, loads and local requirements matter. We build from engineered drawings or coordinate with your engineer, and we weld, bolt and anchor to the design. We can also build smaller catwalks and equipment platforms for maintenance access.

Mezzanines & Catwalks: common questions
Do mezzanines need engineering?
Usually yes. Loads, anchors and code requirements are best set by an engineer, and your building department may need drawings. We coordinate with your engineer and build to the plan.
How long does a mezzanine take?
It depends on size and design. Fabrication takes the most time, and erection on site is often a matter of days. We give a schedule with the quote.
How do I get a price for mezzanines & catwalks?
Fill in the form or call or text 615-209-7643, ideally with a photo. We confirm what is involved and send a written price, and larger jobs get a free site visit.
Ready to talk about mezzanines & catwalks?
A photo or a free visit, and a written price. A real person calls back, usually the same day.
